Technical Properties:

It is a greenish blue dye, Solid Powder, having outstanding performance, good dispersibility, and good coloring value. With best resistance to bleeding, nearly insoluble in water.

Solvent Blue 80 main used for various of kind plastic, also used for printing ink, aluminum foil coloring , hot stamping foil coloring , leather finishes and baking finishes.

Application: (“☆” Superior, “○” Applicable, “△” Not recommend)

Also used in coloring of terylene fibre’s protoplasm.

Physical Properties

The heat resistance in PS can reach to 300℃

Degree of pigmentation: 0.05% dyes+0.1%titanium dioxide R;

Light Fastness: Consist of 1st to 8th grade, and the 8th grade is superior, the 1st grade is bad.

Solvent Blue 80 solubility in organic solvent at 20℃(g/l)
