Product Description:

JC5055B is a modified masterbatch containing excellent anti-static agent together with polypropylene resin and other materials. It is used to improve antistatic effect of final products without extra drying processing.

The advantage of JC5055B are it has great performance on antistatic which can reach 10⁸ Ω according to proper dosage, non toxic, and great dispersibility.

Application:

PP filament and staple fiber, PP non-woven fabric and PP BCF yarn. It can be used in PE/PP cast film.

* Need to be dried in oven and high-speed mixer after long time storage.

• ● Light/Weather Fastness test standard is according to DIN 53387/A.

Packing and Shipment

1)      Regular Packings are in 25kgs paper drum, carton or bag. Products with low density will be packed into 10-20 kgs.

2)      Mix and different products in ONE PCL, increase the working efficiency for customers.
