Short Description:

Disperse Blue 359, chemical name 1-amino-4-(ethylamino)-9,10-dioxoanthracene-2-carbonitrile, which is a novel heterocyclic azo disperse dye, insoluble for whom and ethanol, it is blue in concentrated sulfuric acid. The dye has bright color, high absorption coefficient, high dyeing intensity, excellent improvement rate, good dyeing performance, light fastness and smoke fastness. It is mainly used for inkjet inks, transfer printing inks and dyeing and printing of polyester and blended fabrics, and can also be used for dyeing and printing of polyester and blended fabrics.

Main Application:

Low hydrophilicity, dye molecules can be dissolved in water during the dyeing process, better binding to the fiber. The smaller molecular structure allows the dye to move freely into the space between the fibers, strengthening the binding of the dye to the fibers. At the same time, because dispersive dyes are non-ionic dyes, covalent binding between dye molecules and solute molecules is avoided in the dyeing process, and the utilization rate of dyes is improved.

2)     We have ISO & SGS certificate. For those colorants for sensitive applications, such as food contact, toys etc., we can support with AP89-1, FDA, SVHC, and regulations according to EC Regulation 10/2011.

3)     The regular tests involve Color Shade, Color Strength, Heat Resistance, Migration, Weather Fastness, FPV(Filter Pressure Value) and Dispersion etc.

Packing and Shipment

1)      Regular Packings are in 25kgs paper drum, carton or bag. Products with low density will be packed into 10-20 kgs.
