Color characterization

Pigment Orange 13 is a bright yellowish orange pigment,the shade is slightly yellower than Pigment Orange 34 and the tinting strength is also slightly stronger.Moreover,the required concentration of pigment is only 0.12% when blending with 1% of titanium dioxide to achieve 1/3 SD in HDPE.

Varieties characteristics

The color is similar to pigment orange 34, with a translucent specific surface area of 35~40m2/ G (specific surface area of Irgalite orange D is 39m2/ G).Heat resistant (200℃), can be used for color masterbatch, plastic (structure: synthetic (from several parts into a whole) resin, plasticizer, stabilizer, color material) (Polyvinyl chloride /PE/EVA/LDPE/HDPE/PP), plastic woven wire drawing, Rubber, etc.At the same time, because the color is bright, easy to disperse and the price is relatively moderate, it is widely used in the domain of water-based printing ink, solvent (properties: transparent and colorless liquid) ink, offset printing ink, water-based printing paste and fine art pigments.
Method for the synthesis of permanent orange yellow G:3,3 ‘-dichlorobenzidine (DCB) and Acerbity (HCl) were beaten with water, and the diazotization reaction was carried out under 0~5℃ by adding rong ye, Sodium Sodium of Nitric acid.The prepared diazonium salt was added to 3-methyl-1-phenyl-5-pyrazolinone for coupling reaction at pH=9.5~10, heating to 85~90℃, filtering, washing, drying;
