Color characterization

Pigment Yellow 81 has a strong greenish shade,and the shade is more greenish after adding titanium dioxide.The tinting strength of pigment yellow 81 is low,the required concentration of pigment is 1.15% when blending with 5% of titanium dioxide to achieve 1/3 SD in flexible PVC,while the required concentration of pigment is only 0.27% when blending with 1% of titanium dioxide to achieve 1/3 SD in HDPE.

Varieties characteristics 

Pigment Yellow 81 is inexpensive and limited to safety,use with caution!The blooming may be occur in the coloring of flexible PVC according to the formulation and processing conditions if the concentration of pigment is too low.In addition,there is no effect on the warpage of HDPE.
